In June 2022, a dynamic group of employees at Juno Search Partners graduated from PILOT. Juno Search Partners is a certified, women-owned talent solutions firm working to connect the right people with the right career for them.
Leaders at Juno Search Partners are radically dedicated to supporting their growing team. In 2022, they identified the need to connect their high performers to a career development program that would encourage independent professional growth and enhance self-confidence.
Who Participated?
The 2022 Juno Search Partners PILOT Cohort was made of employees at the manager or department director level across the company. These employees saw an improvement in all four of PILOT’s main career competencies: Reflection, Feedback, Advocacy, and Action.

Juno’s Co-Founder, Vicki Sack also shared that many of the participants told her how much they enjoyed and got out of the PILOT group coaching sessions.
